Marcus is a criminal defense lawyer based in Lethbridge, Alberta. Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Marcus earned his Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Manitoba before pursuing his passion for justice at the University of Victoria, where he completed his Juris Doctor in 2018. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2020 and in Alberta in 2021.
Marcus’s interest in criminal law is rooted in a deep concern for civil liberties and systemic accountability. His practice is driven by a commitment to defending the rights of individuals and challenging institutional overreach within the justice system.
Outside the courtroom, Marcus is a lifelong sports enthusiast and former high school football player. He’s also an avid movie buff with a love for cinema that spans genres and eras.
Marcus has called Lethbridge home since 2021 and continues to serve clients across Alberta with dedication and integrity.
