Brittany Hnatiuk was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. Her educational journey began with a degree in Correctional Studies from Lethbridge College, where she learned the intricacies of the criminal justice system and the importance of rehabilitation. Driven by the desire to expand her knowledge, she expanded her academic journey by completing a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Justice Studies from Lethbridge College. During her undergraduate years, she seized the extraordinary opportunity to embark on a career path as a full-time Legal Assistant with Connolly Shurtz Law, where she gained firsthand experience in the complex world of criminal defence law. Working closely with seasoned defense lawyers, she immersed herself in court proceedings, case preparation, and the essential elements of legal advocacy.

Her quest for knowledge led her to enroll in Law School at Bond University, a prestigious Australian University. Despite the global pandemic shifting her studies online, she balanced her educational commitments with a full-time role at Connolly Shurtz Law. Relocating to Australia for her final year, she dedicated herself to part-time work and volunteered extensively in law clinics, gaining invaluable insights into family and civil law. In August 2023, Brittany graduated from the Juris Doctor program with a Class 2 Distinction.

Upon her return from Australia, she embraced a new role and proudly took on the title of Court Agent. In this capacity, she assists individuals with their battles against traffic tickets, challenging, negotiating, and securing favorable outcomes. She has a track record of successfully amending tickets and effecting changes in demerit points, fine amounts, and license suspensions.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an avid traveler, photographer, and animal lover. Her transformative journey from Lethbridge to Australia and back, enriched by her diverse academic and professional experiences, has sculpted her into a well-rounded, dedicated, and empathetic individual.
